 Implementation Health Safety Environmental Procedures for Construction Works. Ensuring availability of safety requirements for different type of construction equipments.
 Inspection of construction heavy equipments, heavy vehicles and passenger vehicles. Conducting HSE audits on construction heavy equipments, heavy vehicles, electrical equipments/machines, etc.
 Conducting emergency drills such as emergency evacuation drills, oil spill contingency drills, fire drills, medical drills, etc. Health, Safety and environment management on all construction activities.
 Supervising / Conducting Toolbox Talks on Safety, Environment and Health Issues. Accident Investigation and Reporting.
 Implementing Work Permits for Project Construction Activities. Hazardous and Non Hazardous Waste Storage and safe Disposal. Inspection of lifting tackles and ensure have valid third party certificates.
 Inspection and maintenance of personnel protective equipment and first aid facilities. Inspection of hand tools, and self contained breathing apparatus.
 Ensure all safety, fire detection, prevention and fighting equipments / systems are maintained in a good working condition at all times.
 Review HSE emergency procedures for effectiveness, and when considered necessary, makes recommendations for improvement.
