[b]RESPONSIBILITIES [/b]:
Keep all the sent branch audit report- in a particular format and send the same at last of the month for the double tracing.
Consolidate reports of all Branch Audit report finding and high risk and forward to the respective Area Manager for compliance.
Review the branch after making the Audit Report completed by associates for judging them according to their performance and give them grading.
Scrutinize the sensitive areas such as- Loan aspects, Record Keeping, Cash & Bank issues, DC aspects, etc.
Keep track on the Healthy relationship between IA Associates and Branch Staff.
Look for the TA/DA, Salary Deduction and Leave Adjustment etc.of Associates.
Attend the centre meeting to identify and reduce any flaw and Fraud.
Keep the Record of Regional Reports for future purpose.
Plan out the timing for centre meeting, meeting with BM at branch etc.
Coordinate with associates on a regular basis for discussing their problem in branch audit.
Conduct Recruitment (Coordinate with HR dept) and Training programs for new staffs.
