 I am M.Sc.Tech in Applied Geology from the prestigious Indian School of Mines University, Dhanbad, India, 2007. It is one of the best institutions at par with Royal School of Mines, London, Colorado School of Mines and had been established way back in 1926. I have sound knowledge about various stages of Petroleum Exploration, Geophysical Methods of Exploration and well logging besides traditional fields of Geology. My summer training in ONGC (Dehradun) has inherited in me the depth knowledge of various aspects of Petroleum Exploration Techniques and Seismic Data Interpretation.
I have experience of working in Fugro Nexterra Geophysics Pvt. Ltd. as a Geologist. I have good knowledge of well log processing, interpretation and correlation, preparation of litholog, identification of lithology and hydrocarbon, geological mapping and map digitization, reserve estimation. I have experience of handling geo logging software such as well cad, wingLog, verticality and other software such as global mapper, autocad etc.Also I am familiar with gravity, magnetic survey and data management, use of GPS.
