Maintenance and Trouble Shooting
1 Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries and instruments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability..
2 Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.
3 Ensuring all the machines are working well by conducting timely checks
4 Monitoring effective procurement schedules along with finalization of the specifications of spare parts and establishing the quality & quantity limits.
