- TESTING AND FABRICATION OF RICE HUSK GAS STOVE.
[b]DESCRIPTION [/b]:
 The aim of the project is about the production of gas, with rice husk that can be used for the domestic purpose such as cooking food etc.the rice husk burns and produces luminous blue flame similar to LPG gas. A system designed to commercial use of rice husk gas stove since energy sources are developed.

- Presently working as asst. manager mechanical in indorama synthetic pvt.ltd since 16th june to till the date for CF-HTM project.
- I have worked as.Sr engineer in maintenance in Bindal paper ltd.muzaffarangar since 10th nov.2010 to10th june2011.
- I have worked as project engineer in mill development in shri sham pulp and paper since 1st Sep 2010 to 1nov.2010.
- I have worked as asst. engineer in project and development at ABC paper Ltd.saila khurd since 7th july2008 to 1st Sep 2010.
[b]JOB PROFILE [/b]:
- Preparation of the project reports including Project Cost, profitability and feasibility study, preparing and analysing technical offers of various plants and equipments.
- Project planning and Coordinate all Projects for progress, with Procurement dept for material requisition, with conduct technical presentations, generate reports related to progress & variances.
- Making the comparisons of various offers and coresspondence with the vendors regardig technical details & drawings etc.
- Complete job planning in maintenance of L&T make paper machine of capacity 120TPD.
- Complete job planning in the maintenance of pulp mill of capacity 160TPD.
- Responsible for the TPM.
- Flow sheets of the pulp mill.
- Job planning during major shut downs in pulp mill.
- Overall responsibility for preventive maintenance at pulp mill section.
- Overall responsibility of project and development of the pulp mill section.

- Erection and commissioning of b2 thikner. 
- Planning of 200MT pulp paper machine of 600 mpm, and 200mt pulp mill planning work.
- Planning of 30 mt boiler of 45 kgf pressure.
- Erection and commissioning of Wet pulper with aqua separator.
- Erection and commissioning of De-Duster of 16TPH.
