- Co-ordinating with the Customs & Central Excise Authorities at the time of shipments and getting the approvals and necessary certificates. 
- Preparation of pre and Post shipment export documents as per L.C terms and conditions.
- Dealing with the various freight forward agents, Logistics and shipping companies for Exports and Imports (both Air and Sea). 
- Preparation of necessary documents for claim of Export benefits like DEPB,EPCG
- Maintaining all the Excise records
- Preparing the Monthly Returns E.R-1, E.R-6 for online submission, Annexure-63 for LUT Bond, applying Annexure-45, C.T.1 Certificates for Duty exemption on purchasing, 
- Maintaining the Records (RG-1, RG-23A & 23C P-I, II, PLA Register, Annexure-63, Production Chits, Prod. Wise Sales Register) Sales, Purchase Registers 
- Preparation and submission of necessary statutory records and returns in the Excise dept.
