My Job Profile is Controlling & Monitoring of ALL ELECTRICAL ACTIVITIES.
 
My work starts before finalization of orders up to commissioning of chillers at site.
which involves support to Marketing Dept. & support after Sales & Service.
For this We are preparing proposal for HV/LV systems & sometimes I am going to 
customers for Tech. discussion.
 
Once we receive order , we are doing detail Engineering of control panels including SLD, 
Layout preparation , Wiring Diagram , Cable Scheduling, etc.
 
After completion of this activity we are sending those drawings for customer approvals. 
After receiving approval , I am sending those drawings for control panel manufacturing. 
 
Sometimes for special application I am giving support to MANUFACTURING.
 
We are using SOFTSTARTERS , VFD’s & Microprocessor base Controller For our 
application.
 
After completion of panel wiring I am doing Testing & Inspection including programming.
 I am also involved in customer trials.
 
Once Chiller is reached to site I am also involved in commissioning activity (For project work)
 For this sometimes I am going to visit sites for guidance as well as problem rectification. 
 
Like this I am giving support to MARKETING, EXECUTION, MANUFACTURING ,& 
SERVICE.

I was doing ESTIMATION, DESIGNING,PROGRAMMING, TESTING, Manuals & COMMISSIONING OF Different Projects As per customer requirement. For this I was going to customer places for logic discussion.
Once logic is final I was designing the system using PLC & DRIVES ,Preparing drawings & sending to customer for approvals. 
 
After this I was Preparing Proposals, this includes B.O.M , Costing of electrical system & Requirement to Purchase Dept.
 
Preparation of Cable Scheduling ,S.L.D
 
Once system is ready I was doing Programming & Testing of Machine.
 
Customer Trials. Installation & Commissioning at site.

1) Installation & Commissioning of HINDUSTAN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY PROJECT at site.
This includes automatic welding for circular & horizontal jobs using VFD ,PLC, ENCODER ETC.
 
2) Preparation of FLAT COPPER STRIPS From Circular bar. This also involves PLC, MULTIPLE NO. OF VFD’s.
 
3) Also developed small PCB’s for general applications.
