I managed and supervised a team of 20 members working in various constructions projects in the organization. The Formation cutting /embankment filling, Permanent works like construction of Retaining walls/ Breast walls , Culverts and drains etc and Flexible pavement to the length of 5.00 km has been completed by me. In addition to this, I was project coordinator for various other projects having annual targets of INR 76 to 80 crores. I have managed the scrutiny of various tender documents related to Surfacing, Handling and Major Permanent bridges contracts. Total about 1500 Nos of casual paid laboures are dealt by us. The administration, wages and their welfares have also been dealt along with labour compensation. Have liaison duties with civil administration regarding hindrance in the projects completion and other relevant factors like land acquisition / forest clearances etc.

I have been assigned the duties of preparation / scrutiny of the road estimates, obtaining Government approval, monitoring, execution of the various road projects worth Rs. 30 crores in a year. Also monitored two bridges viz Koklay khola 40 m span steel bridge (Deck type) and Tumin Khola 55 m span Steel Bridge (Deck Type). I was responsible for achievement of targets of Rs 30 to 40 crores in a year with quality control. 1800 -2400 strength of workers were deployed to achieve the targets. The wages, welfare and compensation cases have also been dealt during period. The forest clearance measuring area about 240 hectares have also been obtained by me.
