[b]WORK EXPERIENCE [/b]:
- Presently working as Free lancer Development Consultant offering services in the area of economic development through entrepreneurship training and education for self employment promotion and providing business development services to new and existing entrepreneurs in the area of marketing and financial linkages, product development, project plans etc. Clients include National and regional NGOs, Management institutes, DRDA’s, Govt. training institutes (SIRD), EDI-I and existing entrepreneurs etc.
- Worked as Sr. Programme Manager with an Ahmedabad based development organization, a partner organization of Govt. of Gujarat, involved in IGP and Water Shed Development programme in the State during December 2001 to March 2004. It was also partner organisation in implementation of European Union promoted project for Economic Regeneration for Earth Quake effected People of Kutch and Saurastra. Supervised more than 150 Entrepreneurship Training Programmes (REDP/EDP/GREDP) in rural and urban areas and create self and wage employment avenues for more than 5,000 youths and women apart from creating linkages with education and health issues.

Along with TI Project for AIDS Prevention.
