2. Performing Routine tests and Type tests as per UL Standards.
3. Preparing In process Inspection Reports.
4. Analyzing the failure and giving suggestions to take corrective and preventive actions.
5. Rectifying the failed transformers by analyzing the root cause of failure.
6. Preparation and circulation of reports like daily testing report, monthly failure percentage.
7. Controlling the process by using QUALITY TOOLS.
8. Documentation work of PPAP.
9. Holding responsibility in handling the Testing operators as an incharge.
10. Verifying UL files and Standards of the product and highlighting the variations.
