We fabricates steel structure components like columns,rafters,beams,purlins,bracings,crane girders, pipe girders, plate girders, etc.We have done many International Airport construction Projects like Delhi International Airport,Chatrapati Shivaji International Airport ,Mumbai.

- Analyzing the Fabrication drawings.
- Checking for raw materials available.
- Making production plans.
- Manpower scheduling as per requirement.
- Inspecting the layouts and fixtures of component as per drawing.
- Inspecting and checking the markings & cutting of raw materials as per drawings.
- Fit-up and welding inspection using various instruments.
- Making daily production reports.
- Monitoring the Blasting and Painting of finished components.
- Dispatching the finished products to Erection site.

We fabricate Earth Moving Equipments like L&T buckets, BEML bogies side frame,BERCO Track Frames,TRANSMIN Booms,Jibs ,SANDVIK DD210 Main Frame, TEREX Screen Box.

1. Work on execution of fabricated / machined components as per drawing as per Design / final assembly specifications.
2. Understand drawings, schedule work force and monitor progress on shift-wise basis.
3. Arrange necessary raw material, sketches needed to complete fabrication / machining operations as per drawing in shifts.
4. Report progress shift-wise.
5. Prepare Documentation and presentation for reviews.
6. Adhere to safety measures and ensure safe work practices are being followed.
7. Liaison with support functions for requirement of necessary drawings, sketches etc.
8. Liaison with maintenance for up keeping of machines.
9. Effectively contribute to the overall team / company targets.
10. Monitor house keeping, maintain clean & tidy work place.
11. Develop and maintain key processes with strict adherences to ISO, OHSAS , Safety Standards.
12. Supervise; motivate technicians to build a high performance culture.
13. Constantly monitor existing processes and continually drive Improvement Projects.
