[b]- Kitchen Steward  [/b]: Supervision and management of all galley personnel, responsible for sanitation and hygiene of all areas in galley, equipment, dishwash, potwash and glasswash wares, evaluation of personnel and submission of periodical reports, co-ordination of all operations in galley pertaining to F & B Dept viz; Bar, Restaurant and Galley, performs role and responsibilities of Asst: F&B Manager in his/her absence in organization, assists and reports to the F&B Manager or Executive Chef on all matters pertaining to galley or any other tasks as assigned by them. Planning and executing work schedules and duty rosters for all galley personnel. Ensuring costs and expenses incurred are well within the limits of sanctioned budget and to try to restrict it to minimum.
[b]- Assistant Production cum Marketing Manager  [/b]: Assist the Production Manager in all aspects of production right from indent and receipt of raw materials , actual manufacturing or production process till finished product. Supervision of all personnel involved in production and its operations. Assist the Marketing Manager in all aspects pertaining to marketing and sale of the finished products. Publicity of the product and expanding the base and area of network and supply. Co-ordinate between production and sale based on actual demand and supply.
