Description In this project I did the survey inside the company about the recruitment process of an employee. I have gone through the complete cycle of the recruitment. My role was to filter the candidate list from various portals and other sources based upon the requirements and the candidates skill set. The list of the filtered candidates was sent to the various departments based on their needs and arranges the various level of the interview for the selected candidates.

Description This project is about to conduct a survey in the different areas in Patna to find the awareness about the commercial gas service. The survey is being conducted in both rural and urban areas. I have done the door-to-door survey and touched all class of people who uses the LPG for their daily usage. The survey report will be submitted to the LPG department in Indian oil corporation, to enhance the service provided by their dealers to the consumers and take the proper steps to increase the sales and terminate the illegal connections.
