[b]Job Responsibilities [/b]:
1. Documentation of receipts and issues of materials as per SOP (STANDARD OPERATION PROCEDURE) and safety require.
Responsible for all Warehouse operations like materials receipts, storage, issues, dispatches and inventory control, etc.
Order processing and invoicing as per Indents/Allocations, to complete the paper work and follow-up with the transporter. To arrangement and check Road Permits for smooth goods movement to the C&Fs. Responsible for answering their queries and solving problems. Co-ordination with outsourcing department for timely delivery of goods at Warehouse and brief them of the stock status on daily basis. To check and monitor stocks. Follow up Shortage & Damage tractor with Dealership. Attending Sales tax & Auditor visitor. Knowledge of sales tax (Form ‘f’, IX-C, Assessment). Monthly master should be sent before 5th of each month (H.O), Accidental report to be sent on weekly basis (H.O), Preservation should be done on daily basis and communicated to us on weekly basis (H.O), Daily MIS (Management Information System) should be sent on daily basis (H.O), Handling two companies in warehouse M/s Mahindra & Mahindra ltd. And M/s Mahindra Gujarat tractors ltd.
