JOP RESPONSIBILITIES
- Erection & Commissioning of Transformer indoor & outdoor rating 13MVA including related circuit breakers, substation, under ground cable transmission, over head cable transmission.
- Selection of cables, MCB, contactors, motors as per KVA rating
[b]- In erection work all electrical equipment has to install at the particular dimension as per layout and understanding electrical wiring diagram (example [/b]: MCC Panel Erection Transformer earthing, circuit breakers, water cooling towers, building constructions as per government rule etc.) 
[b]- Commissioning of LT MCC panel, VFD (Make [/b]: ABB) panels and soft starter panels with motors (Make- ABB, L&T)
- To handle fault finding LT control circuits, AC & DC drivers, Analog & Digital instruments. AC / DC Motors, Transformers, Sub Station, Control system (like starters, breakers, sensors of Crane, Switch gears).
- Commissioning of Energy meters and transducer for SATEC, SOCOMEE and ABB.
- Experience in PLC control auto mission Programmable Dynamic Load Manager (PDLM), Power Optimizer in MESSUNG.
- Preparation of erection document, wiring schemes, installation and hook up diagram.
- Knowledge of plant interlock closed loop and open loop.
- Erection and calibration of digital level indicator, thermocouples, pressure gauge, limit switches, timers
- To execute project with respect to Cost, Resource deployment, Time over-runs and Quality compliance.
