    Handling recruitment of all levels (Specifically in BFSI Sector)
    Sourcing of candidates through portals, advertising and headhunting. Should be able to handle end to end recruitment.
    Pre-screening, short listing, co-ordinating till closure.
    Explore new ways of sourcing.
    Maintaining database of different profiles of candidate.
    Use effective resourcing strategies.
    Expert in sourcing, screening, interviewing & identifying talent and managing the hiring process.

    Possess excellent technical skills and great understanding of client's requirement.
    Excellent Communication Skills
    Excellent Interpersonal & motivating Skills, analytical and solution oriented
    Able to manage team efficiently
[b]Education [/b]: - MBA (HR) or Graduate with good experience.
[b]Experience [/b]: - 1- 3 yrs in handling BFSI (Banking sector)

    [b]Maintaining of Financial Accounts [/b]: Feeding of accounts transactions in Tally of purchases and sales and non-inventory as expenses, cash and bank transactions.
    [b]BRS [/b]: Preparation of bank reconciliation statement on fortnightly basis. 
    [b]TDS [/b]: Working on liability for payments made to clients, commission agents, professionals, interest paid to creditors, salary to staff and filling of TDS challans under various sections.
    Preparing allotment letters, demand letters.
    Handle the complete accounting cycle, including opening, posting entries and closing of accounts and preparation of various accounting reports.
    Handle tasks related to cash disbursement and cash reconciliation.
    Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
    Take care of telephone inquiries and manage all written correspondence.
    Maintain accounts, database, verified, prepared monthly and daily billings.
    Maintaing the In-ward and Out-ward registers.
