There were challenges because of complexity of solution and as BSNL is a government operator where documentation needs to be perfect and every solution and AT cases needs to match exactly with redefined and approved schedule.

- Trouble shooting by taking and analysing different type of traces (i.e. snoop, Application Traces, SS7 traces).
- Creating and configuring signalling links (SS7, Sigtran) with MSC/STP in IN nodes (CCN, SDP, AIR).
- Posses a sound knowledge of protocols like CAMEL, INAP, MAP, Sigtran and C7signaling.
- Responsible for Acceptance test, validation of configuration and load balancing of IN nodes.
- ICP & EP up-gradation, System backup, health check, Regular system load monitoring to keep the system performance at the best.
- Knowledge of UNIX, Solaris & TSP operating system.

- Underwent 6 weeks industrial training at BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited) in July –August 2008 in System Division Department
