Responsibilities and Achievements CONDUCTED A MARKETING RESEARCH STUDY OF THE PENETRATION OF AIRTEL IN THE CORPORATE SECTOR OF JAMMU AND COMPARE THE PENETRATION OF AIRTEL WITH ITS NEAREST COMPETITOR.
- To form more of the LSO’S & SSO’S in Jammu
- Found out the impact of activities and awareness programs being conducted by Airtel.

Advertising - Performed an individual marketing research on the “customer satisfaction in Big Bazaar. Surveyed 50 respondents in the age group of 18-40 in Delhi/NCR (random sampling) as part of the study and conducted descriptive research to validate the study
International Marketing - Main project of the International marketing curriculum, being the Group Leader of 10 members, targeting 5 European countries (Semester 3- Aug-Dec 2010).
- Conducted PESTEL analysis & calculated scores of individual country, conducted market attractiveness & competitive strength analysis, customer segmentation for each country.
- Finally implemented the various distribution, entry strategies & modes and targeted the most feasible country.
“Challenges of Sales Force Management in Delhi & NCR” - Undertaken a market research to find out the challenges faced by the sales force manager.
- Hypothesis was formulated that the inbound challenges are more challenging then the outbound.
“Conducted a HR project on Women with respect to BPO sector” - Study was undertaken to understand the problems and issues being faced by women in the Bpo sector.
