[b]Job Profile [/b]:
Physical verification of stocks at regular intervals and checking warehouse records.
To have a good filing system and timely correspondence with the dealers of the branch
- Working experience with SAP environment and other warehouse 
management system.
- Good hands on experience on warehouse management, Inbound and Outbound
logistics and Transportation management.
- MIS as per specific requirement of Internal & external customers.
- Operating entire activity related to Inbound & Outbound.
- Ensuring the issues and receivables are controlled and maintained properly.
- Preparation and submission of MIS report as per customer requirement.
- Sending dispatch pre alerts & tracking
- Co-coordinating with transporters for cargo movement and collection of POD for
 Further reference.
- Ensuring 0% discrepancy in stock by comparing physical stock with system stock
- Generating customer stock reports and general reports.
- Maintenance of admin related activity such as house keeping control, maintaining Casual
 Labour attendance record
- Receipts planning-Location configuration, stocks receipts & stock planning,
- Cargo check, quality check, put away in allocated location.
- GRN generating in SAP on same day.

- Ensure the smooth and efficiency functioning of the stores.
- The duty roster is prepared and all staff under his/her charge is allocated duties.
- The store is manned round the clock as per the standard.
- All items received from the R&D store are promptly taken on stock in the stock in register.
- All transactions are recorded accurately and immediately in the appropriate document.
- All documents (Stock in Register, Store Issue Note, Stores Transfer Note Requisition Monitoring Register, Bin Location, Computer Database, any other documentation present) are promptly updated and accurately maintained.
- Engineering / MCC is intimated immediately upon arrival of new receipts.
- Notify the appropriate authorities in writing when returnable items are not received in store with in 24 hours
- All requested items are issued in an appropriate manner.
- All fast moving/regular spares are provisioned regularly and adequate stocks of all spares are maintained, at all times.
- Stocks are immediately replenished when minimum stock level are attained.
- Medical kits are replenished and authorized immediately upon receipt.
- All issues are made on first in first out basis.
- Ensure the 6 s and 5 s follow up daily basis.
- As soon as material is arrival the material to inform to concern department.
