[b]Objective [/b]: to avoid air lock release in diesel engine, which is caused due to cold weather working condition and the low pressure existing between the pump and the fuel tank causing the engine to stall.
[b]Description of My Project [/b]: . One of the major problems in the diesel engine powered vehicle is the air lock. The engine will not run if there is an air lock. The older method to release the air lock is by pressing the lift pump in the system for 5-10 minutes. To avoid this complicated work we are designing and fitting an electrical fuel pump which is connected in between the fuel filter and fuel injection pump. As the mechanically operated fuel pump has a lot of failures we are innovating these operations by electrically operated fuel pump
