- Responsible for performing the drive test by DT Engineer for the network at regular intervals to check the Quality of Service & changing system parameters like Scrambling Code assignments, neighbors lists, antenna orientations & tilt to achieve better coverage, call quality & network capacity.
- Dump verification and KPI analysis.
- Alarms monitoring.
- Carried out optimization and Radio Frequency (RF) acceptance testing as well as site survey and sector planning of new sites of rural areas.

Network Plan analysis for rectifying Neighbour discrepancies, non-symmetrical Neighbour, adjacent, Co-BISC, Co- CH and Adj-CH neighbours, and anomalies in HO synchronization.
- Incorporating drive test data-Log files in to planning software for comparing & studying prediction analysis.
- Optimization and performance enhancement of Reliance GSM network, coverage optimization by proposing change in Antenna Mounting Height, Tilt, Type, and Orientation.
- Optimization of existing network by adjusting radio network parameters, adding/deleting of neighbors and recommended possible solutions to hardware problems.
