[B]Roles and responsibilities as an Audit Executive (From 1st Feb,09 to Till date)  [/B]:
- Handling Internal Audit for 10 Branches located at different places.
- Providing necessary support, guidance and knowledge to Accountants and  Branch Heads of different branches during Internal Audit and  telephonically also.
- Verification of vouchers, loan documents, Registers and files during Internal Audit.
- Preparing Internal Audit Report, mail the same to AVP Internal Audit, Regional AVP, Field Managers, and Branch Heads. 
- Bringing serious issues related to Branches to the notice of the  management from time to time through mail and during Meetings at Head  Office.
- Coordinating with Statutory Auditors for Statutory Audit.
- Help & guide to the Branch people in preparation of Half Yearly  and Annual Audit File to submit the same to Statutory Auditors.
- Provide training to the newly joined Accounts and Audit staffs.
- Establishing and maintaining various internal controls.
- Guiding to different staffs regarding rules, regulations and Operations Policy of the company.

- Preparing Cash, Bank & Journal Vouchers and managing the unit revenue expenditures.
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements and Inter Office Reconciliation Statements on monthly basis.
- Liasoning with Bank Authorities for fund transfer from & to Head Office and better Fund Management. 
- Preparing Monthly Reports such as F- STAT (Financial Statistics) and  M-STAT (Monthly Statistics) which contains vital financial and  operational data for management decision making and planning.
- Preparing Weekly Bank Balance & Weekly Achievement of Unit every week and send to Head Office.
- Cash handling, making DD & remitting to HO
