[b]Responsible for following activities [/b]:
- Physical/ Demat delivery settlement for Future and Spot delivery of all commodities.
- Payment of Warehouse /vault charges against delivery holdings in the client and member‘s a/c, reconciliation of warehouse charges and DP payment.
- Demat /Remat process and physical delivery lifting from vault/ warehouse
- Pledging /De-pledging of commodities against physical/demat holdings
- Coordinating with Mandi Trader / Agent for physical delivery.
- Advance payment against physical delivery order and final payment on receipt of warehouse certificate or demat delivery in beneficiary a/c as per term & conditions.
- Delivery Trade settlement of HNI clients for their trades executed in National pot Exchange (NSEL) in Castor seed and Cotton seed Wash oil.
- Preparing physical/demat stock position and reconciliation of commodities.
- Guide and educate to branches / clients about physical delivery and charges calculation to increase business volume.
- Monitoring funds and Commodities pay-in/payout at exchange
- Monitoring Daily Trade updation & verifications
- Monitoring daily brokerage updation for existing clients
- Corporate action distribution against collateral securities (Dividends, - bonus, stock split, De-merger etc)
- Ensuring regular compliance and taking appropriate action on the basis of Exchange circulars
- Review and analysis of Circulars and taking appropriate action on the basis of those circulars
- Taking care of Sale Tax / Grade and Location Premium Discount /Close out/ and Charges & Penalties JV etc.)
