Project Description
LDMP is an Application Development and Maintenance of Legacy Directory and Messaging (LDMP) Products. Truly, E-mail system have evolved to be the primary communications medium for most organizations, and it is the communication tool that users can least afford to be without. Also, because corporate e-mail is used at all times—during normal business hours, when employees are at home, or by employees in multiple time zones—e-mail must remain continually available. An Intrastore/Interstore product which mainly handles the mail delivery part to the particular client user and MMP (message management platform) is mainly used to handle the plug-in messaging services from Client to server or vice versa delivery services. Along these lines, TechMahindra supports IntraStore, Email Sentinel, MMP and Mail hub messaging products and directory products Global Directory Server (GDS) and Aphelion. Enhancements, bug fixing, and a hotline working from 7 AM CDT to 7 PM CDT are the primary activities performed in LDMP. Managing various stake holders of the project (Client, end-customer, third-party vendors and development team), Ensure that the defined SLAs are met.

TechM SME (Subject Matter Expert) for DMS Support to take care First Level support on Installations, Configuration questions on all Directory and Messaging project raised by customers through phone and mail.
Based on the request to generate New and Emergency Licenses used for messaging and directory products for all OS platform.
Websolver tool maintenance (like Software patch release, Antivirus patch Updates, Customer Announcements) to ensure proper continuity of service. Also involved in creating patches and releasing the same to the customer.
Submit suspicious mail/Virus (requested by customer) to third party Antivirus/Antispyware vendors for analysis and keep updated on the placed request by customer on daily basis.
Monthly activities include 3rd party virus engines download, release updates (Trend, Sophos, McAfee and Symantec) and facilitate the virus engine integration to the product.
Generate daily, weekly, monthly, Service quality reports.
Online Maintenance of distribution list of customer.
Assign the trouble ticket raised by customer and track the issue to its completion. Make sure that the solution is provided to the customer within the SLA period, and up-to-date status to customer.
Aphelion Directory and Global Directory
 The Aphelion Directory is a high performance LDAP server for large enterprise directories. The Aphelion Directory consists of the Large Directory Engine (LDE), Directory Replicator, LDAP Browser, and their associated sub-components. Aphelion is natively based on the LDAP standards and can manage a directory of immense size (millions of entries) while maintaining good performance, reliability, and ease of use. Messaging Products-IntraStore Server
 The IntraStore Server is a messaging product and contains mailbox storage and integrated with a Directory service. The IntraStore Server provides a single point of access to strategic business information located in distributed networks. Unlike other servers, such as a Web or E-mail server, it is not limited to providing one type of service. The IntraStore Server supports multiprotocol access to combine Web, messaging, and directory services. This gives clients across the enterprise the ability to see and share a wide range of information. Embedded in the IntraStore Server is a Web interface that gives IntraStore Server users global access to designated data on the server.  Active member of Innland Theatre since 2005, Staging French plays (Harshavardhana, Asterix Obelix, Le Presecious ridicule, Job-From the old testament, Kaliagnar`s Sillappathikaram). We have been staging plays on invitation from Govt. of Pudhcherry since 2007. Responsibility includes Backstage, Technical Works (Sets Design & Coordination during the play, Brouchure and Poster Design) other than Acting. Kaliagnar`s Sillappathikaram one of the greatest Tamil Epic (a story of anklet), originally scripted by Ellango Adigal - great Tamil Poet of Ancient Age. This was Staged on 05th August 2010 at Chinmaya Mission, Chennai and on 7th August 2010 at Pondycherry on invitation by Govt. of Puducherry.
This year we staged Comic script Asterix et Obelix at Alliance Française of Madras on 14th of July 2011.
