The leave application is then sent to his immediate HOD via mail for approval. On approval / rejection a mail is sent to the employee. The leave approval can be set either one or two levels. A HOD/ Team Leader can navigate the Leave/Attendance status, daily/ monthly attendance reports under his subordinates, he can approve/ reject leaves and also can apply leaves for his/her subordinates. HOD/ Team Leader can alter the roster (shift time) for his subordinates for the given range of dates.
