Store Manager is responsible for delivering the budgeted Sales targets of the store and attains overall profitability and ensure bottom-line, by cost control and minimizing expenditure.
Implementing the SOP at store level and other responsibilities like sourcing material, manpower management, and implementation of various schemes to end consumers to attain additional footfall at store and ensure to maximize customer satisfaction.
Responsible for Inventory Management for the store and also regular stock audits to control shrinkage and co-ordination with vendors for supplies and payments follow-up.
