LTD.(AACPL) [B]Location [/B]: - MIDC, Mahad, Dist: Raigad, Maharashtra [B]PROJECT DESCRIPTION [/B]: AACPL is one of the few companies to produce Ethyl Acetate (ESTER) for industrial purpose. Their new and fully automated plant is for 65 tonnes of production of ESTER. Supply of Instruments like Control valves, Rota Transmitters, Pressure Transmitters, Flow Transmitters, Level Transmitters, & RTDs were needed to install and calibrate along with pumps with all their indications. Its complete erection, installation and loop testing and calibration were done as per client’s requirement under my supervision. Personally involved in all stages of project from first site inspection to ordering material/Instruments as per requirement; to erection, installation, calibration, programming of PLC and design of SCADA and commissioning of the whole system to the best the client’s satisfaction. Nagpur, Maharashtra [B]PROJECT DESCRIPTION [/B]: Grindwell Norton Ltd. is India’s leading manufacturer of Abrasives. At Butibori Grind Well Norton division produces/manufactures Bonded, Coated, Non-Woven, Super abrasives and Thin Wheels. At one of their grind wheel division they wanted to monitor and control all operation by PLC based automation system. So as to avoid any losses of the costly material like grains, bonds and chemicals. For this purpose installation of the proximity sensors installed at grain collecting/transfer chute whose signal was sensed by the PLC and weighing machines was needed to measure the weights of grains , bonds and the chemicals; also these weights were sensed and recorded by the PLC for reference. Junction Boxes, cables lying, ferruling, tagging and Input/Output listing were prepared to the full satisfaction of the client by following all the safety norms. Their cabling to the Control Panel consisting of PLC and a Computer was done. Involved in the all aspects of installation, erection and commissioning of the project. [B] CLIENT [/B]: - CHHATRAPATI SHAHU SAHAKARI SAKHAR KARKHANA [B]Location [/B]: - Kagal, Dist. Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India [B]PROJECT DESCRIPTION [/B]: S.S.S.K. Ltd, Kagal is one of the largest sugar factories in the Kolhapur region with Alcohol as their bi-product. It produces 100%Alcohol and supplies it to many companies like Coca-Cola, Reliance PetroChem to name a few. SSSK produces Absolute Alcohol from the molasses. For that process some instruments (like Control Valve & Flow meter) were needed to be installed and calibrated according to their (Client’s) need. [B] CLIENT [/B]: - LUPIN LIMITED [B]Location [/B]: - Mandideep, Dist. Raisen, M.P., INDIA [B]PROJECT DESCRIPTION [/B]: Lupin is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of the drugs that combat tuberculosis, Bacterial infections, and cardiovascular disease. Lupin’s products reach more than 50 countries, with significant presence in, besides INDIA, the USA, EUROPE, SE ASIA, JAPAN, LATIN AMERICA and CHINA. LUPIN is a big pharma organization and they are expanding their Mandideep plant for some more products. And for that they are using Automation with the help of various Instruments such as Electro-Pneumatic ON-OFF valves, Control valves, Flow meters, Temperature Indicating Transmitters, Vacuum Transmitters and RTDs which are segregated as Digital Inputs (DIs in the range of 0-24 VDC), Digital Outputs (Dos in the range of 0-230 VAC), Analog Inputs (AIs in the range of 4-24 mAmps) and Analog Outputs (AOs in the range of 4-24 mAmps) were installed and calibrated and operation of these instruments was controlled by PLC.[/QUOTE]
