Stores involves receipt, issue to various prodn shop as per plan and inventory . Disposal of scrap and non moving and action plan for slow moving and expiry items in co-ordination with purchase and prodn etc.

Handled the vendor development, subcontracting and material reconciliation

From September 2002 to March 2004 , During this 1-1/2 years established partnership firm “Wirecraft” for manufacturing M.S.Wire straitening and cutting product which required for the condenser unit of refrigerator
