1) Assist in preparation of Audit calendar based on Risk assessment for different business processes for Performance / Process Review.
2) Reviewing existing processes/ new processes under development/transition for effective & efficient implementation at Corporate office & Units.
3) Carrying out Risk Assessment Process & ERM & giving presentation to top management.
4) Preparing/Assist in preparing Process mapping, Internal control questionnaire & Audit checklist based on In-depth Study/risk assessment/discussion with process owners.
5) Reviewing performance of major functions (Sales & marketing, Supply chain, HR, Accounts & Finance ) as per AOP on regular basis & report findings..
6) Supervise internal audits carried out by audit teams to ensure timely execution & successful completion as per audit schedule/audit calendar & IIA, USA norms.
7) Assist in drafting audit report/ reporting specific audit findings to the Head of Audit Department.
8) Report findings & make recommendations for the correction of noted control deficiencies, improvements in operations & reductions in cost.
