- To Receipt of indents from Store department after verifying the actual quantity, to send the enquiry to the dealers and supplier within & near by states.
- Collecting Quotation from various vendors (All Electrical items) through emails & on telephonically also for preparation of comparative statement and get approval from Departmental Head.
- Preparation of Purchase Order through ERP System (Newton ERP Solution)
- Dispatching Purchase Order to concerned Parties and Co-ordination with vendors for dispatching the material and to confirm with stores for receipt of materials.
- Follow-up with Accounts for payments and Taxation Department for issuance of ‘C’ form dispatching the same to vendors.
- Preparation for MANUAL WORK ORDERS and Capital Purchase Orders to the foreign buyers.
