Current Job Description
Joined as a Management Provision on 23rd Jan 2008 and has been working since then in Store Department, Orient Paper Mills Ltd., Amlai.
During my association with Orient paper Mills Ltd., Amlai; I have undergone various assignments & training courses. I have gained adequate experience in dealing with the Store/Purchase Function an organization. Besides this I have also utilized my Computer Skills in working out Data from the system for the purpose of E-Procurement and also for Internal Analysis. I have been in close touch with the top management, both Store/Purchase Department Functions like –
technical and commercial during my tenure and most of the times I have justified their belief in me. Further, my organization has provided me ample opportunity to deal with
- Material Receipt
- Chemical & Fast moving issue Report & controlling supervision.
- Making MIS( Material Information System ) report.
- Maintain of store inventory, Minimum Maximum maintain.
- To keep close watch on Non- Moving items giving details of the same to the to the management every month.
- Under Loading & Unloading Goods,
- Stock reconciliation Physical Vs. system stock.
- Responsible for completing daily, weekly, Monthly management report on overall store performance.
- Receipt & issue of the raw material, Packing Material & general items to relevant section of production, QC & Maintenance Deptt.
 Present working environment is SAP R/3 running on HP Unix Server and Windows XP running on P4 Machines.
