- Steered procurement of electronic & mechanical components for various products like Apple Models Q11 & A49 Desk Tops Adaptors & Tata Sky Products in Jabil as well as new products in Juniper viz. Asgard & Marshall Programs launched in 2009-10 and Programs like Emerald A1, Double Cap & Western Avenue in 2010-11.
- Reduced excess & obsolete inventory by ensuring purchases of only required quantities for Builds and then later on reselling the parts in Open Market.
- Reduced BOM Cost of products by 5% every quarter through negotiations with suppliers, alternate sourcing and developing new sources.
- Business Unit Coordination / Program Management
o Identifying market trends, carrying out competitor mapping, segment analysis in-order to tap into new markets.

- Inventory Management
o Governing the inventory function so as to curtail inventory-holding expenses & ensure adherence to the minimum inventory level to minimize wastage.
o Streamlining inventory control system & procedures for effective warehousing of raw materials to maintain ready availability of materials for production purposes.
o Holding discussions with Suppliers and analyzing their operations to determine factors that affect prices.
