Field materials and field fabricated spools particularly small bore has been checked as per isometric drawing. Transferring of heat numbers has checked especially on cut pipes as applicable .Conduct line punching and prepared test package. Carried out reviewing of weld joints NDT requirements for the percentage covered prior to release of test pack for hydro testing. Also assigned to witness hydro testing and pneumatic testing by pre checking of pressure gauges and pressure relief valves with Latest calibration date and due date; and visually checked all weld joints, flange connection and threaded joints against leakage during testing. - Co-ordinate with construction, testing group and QC department in the preparation test requirement of each test pack and facile close out of any outstanding punch items. - Identify equipment location as per general arrangement drawing and prepare layout and measurement check installed piping component as P & ID. - Preparation of Hydro test (hydro, pneumatic and service) packages for tie-in and nearly installed pipelines. - Receiving piping isometrics, support drawings and details.
