- Individually handling of the FPLC BASIC as well as EXPLORER (AKTA, GE HEALTHCARE.) for any given sample.
- Buffer preparation for plasmid preparation, Gel permeation chromatography, Affinity purification Chromatography, Ion exchange Chromatography, Reverse Phase Chromatography, Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography.

- Agarose gel electrophoresis, ELISA & SDS-PAGE. 
- Media preparation for shake flask and fermentor (25lit).
