Miven Machine Tools Limited, located at Tarihali, Hubli (Formerly Known as Kirloskar Warner Swasey Ltd.,) established in 1985-86 to build CNC turning machines. The company was promoted by the Mysore Kirloskar Ltd in collaboration with Warner & Swasey Company of USA. In 1998, the company was taken over by Giddings & Lewis Inc.

- Quality assurance for CNC turning machines.
- Incoming material inspection.
- Stage wise & process inspection from building stage to finishing stage of CNC machines.
- Final inspection of the machine specification as per scope of supply.

- Verification & planning of instrument calibration.
