1. Implementation of the civil works according to design (performed by the contractor.)
2. To prepare the TSSR (Technical Site Survey Report) & SAR (Site Aqusition Report ) 
3. Acceptances of sites from Customer (Telenor)
4. Check the Invoices of Contractors.
5. Expert in steel structure, supervise the erection of more than 300 different types of tower. Point out the fabrication fault and provide the solution of difficulties faced in tower erection at the spot.

a. Allan Dick Guyed Mast tower, 
b. Simple ATL & DESCON Tower,

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for qualitative and quantitative erection supervision of GSM towers. Construction supervision of civil work of more than 325 scattered site of Phase II. Phase III & Phase IV 35 sites in North region of Telenor Telecom (Pvt.) Ltd. Along Civil works, supervised the activities like tower erection, electrical panels’ installation, Genset installation and commissioning, A/C installation in BTS Shelter, Main power installation,
Grounding of tower, BTS Shelter, Genset and all indoor/ outdoor equipment etc, Up to date periodic progress reports, maintenance of record, regular site visits to monitor activities, taking related technical decisions and periodic progress reporting to higher management.
Monitoring build out activities of all the sites, supervising O&M (operation and maintenance) of already build sites, Supervising the PAT (Preliminary Acceptance Test) activities of all the Phases & along with OIL (Outstanding Item List) inspection, Monitoring the Alarms Test activity along with BSS team for sites, dealing with the local and international contractors in the field of GSM).
