 Search Engine provided in Saryu jobsite is best as it provides all the  details according to the search done by the user. And all the privileges  to the site are provided to the admin. So Admin can manage all the  functionalities of the site i.e he can add a jobseeker or a recruiter or  he can delete a recruiter or he can create subusers.

Also, at the same time keep on doing certain  activities. So to keep a track on their prescription they should have a  feed back mechanism.
