o Complete Mould Design assembly in 3D,2D part detailing, assembly drawings, Bill of material creation using Pro-E Wildfire-4.
o Creating solid part models from component drawings (or fixing imported part geometries if available from customer).
o Product design study for mouldability.
o Concept mould design.
o Conducting design reviews, customer interactions, Making presentations.
o Extracting core and cavity splits in Mould assembly in PRO/E. 
o Releasing of all manufacturing prints, Bill of Materials.
o Maintaining records of Engineering Change Notes, History sheets and drawing and model releases.
o Follow up &support of manufacturing, shop floor activities.
o Updating the mould design if any modification arises in the component.
