- Duties & Responsibilities :-
- Designing & preparation of HVAC drawings for consultant’s approval.
- Designing & preparation of A/C Plant room drawings with sections.
- Designing & preparation of schematic diagrams for Chilled water pipes & Ducting.
- Preparation of Foundation details required for MEP equipments in mechanical room/roof. 
- Preparation of co-ordination drawings with levels & sections for MEP services.
- Preparation of Builder’s Work drawings with sections.
- Responsible for site visits if required, so as to prepare MEP drawings based on space constraint and site condition.
- Preparation of Access Panel Location layout coordinated with RCP layout.
- Hands on experience in the preparation of as built drawings, document control and maintaining drawing register. 
Additional Gulf Experience:-
- Plumbing drawings :- Having good knowledge of preparing Firefighting, Drainage &
 Water supply drawings.
- Site supervision: - Worked as site engineer on site for few projects in the absence of actual site engineer, and coordinated mechanical services.
- Estimation: - Worked as HVAC estimator for more than ten projects. Estimation includes 
taking out total quantity of hvac system. Such as duct and chilled water pipe quantity,
Insulation ,Total no. of equipment’s and essential duct components. Ex: Dampers, vav, and 
air terminal (such as grilles and diffusers).
INDIA MEP EXPERIENCE :-
Organization : Comfair Systems Ltd. (Kerala Carrier Dealer)

Designation : HVAC - Draughtsman, 
 Period : From Feb 2006 to Oct 2008.
- Duties & Responsibilities.
- Designing & preparation of Ducting and Piping for HVAC Work.
- Preparation of Heat load Calculation.
- Calculation of Sheet & pipe quantity for ducting & chilled water pipe work.
- Tabulate the material quantity like No.of sheets with gauges,
 Pipe quantity, Grille Quantity with size, Insulation quantity etc
- Responsible for site visits if required so as to prepare HVAC Drawings.
- Hands on experience in the preparation of as built drawings, document control and maintaining drawing register
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :-
- S.S.L.C. (Board of Public Examinations Kerala ¬)
- + 2 (Board of Higher Secondary Examinations Kerala)
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION :-
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Oxford Engineering Institute Eranakulam ,Kerala ,India.
- ITI (Mechanical) course from Govt.ITI Chandanathoppe, kerala ,India.
- Diploma in AutoCAD from Datatec Computers, karunagapally,Kollam. 
- Working knowledge of Computer application (MS Office)
