Currently working in CresaPartners a USA based MNC as Senior Manager –Project & Facilities Looking after the base building and interior fit out project job and facility after that in North Region (inhouse and exterior electrification, plumbing and fire fighting, HVAC, PAC, UPS & Interior fit outs design, drawing, execution, billing and measurement and certification etc) from the initial stage till execution and handover the sites to business, looking after the Macquarie, Feed Bank Venture, RBS projects of around 20 Lakh sq ft area. Team handling size is of 200 to 500 persons at site including architect, designer, project manager, asst project manager, project engineer, supervisor, technician etc.
Worked in UGL-EQUIS as Manager-Project & Facilities Looking after the project job of base building and interior fit out jobs from the initial stage ,execution and handover the sites to client and facility after that and I was directly report to Country head Equis India and done the project for IBM,WIPRO from November 2006 to March 2009 .
