- Identification of quarry sites for aggregates to be used in GSB, WMM and
 Bituminous & Concrete works.
- Finalization of mix design of GSB & WMM.
- Finalization of mix design of BM, DBM, BC.
- Conducting of routine tests for concrete works.
- Calibration of concrete batching plant, Hot mix plant, WMM plant.
- Preparation & maintaining of all records /reports pertaining to quality control of road & structure works.
- Finalization of mix design of higher grade of concrete.
