[b]Brief Overview [/b]: To reduce the past dues in one of the sites and in turn improve the overall inventory level. An excellent outcome of the project was a stunning decrease in past dues by 35% in a mere period of three months. This was done using a mix of VBA Macros, SQL and MS Access.

2. On Time Delivery Management
[b]Brief Overview [/b]: This tool was developed using VBA to track the On Time delivery performance for all the company sites giving various measures by Top 10 best performing and worst performing suppliers which in turn helped the organisation to take suitable actions and improve the OTD.
[b]Accolade [/b]: I was awarded as a Bravo peer star for improvement in OTD.
3. Monthly Performance Management for sites
[b]Brief Overview [/b]: This tool was developed to track the monthly performance of each supplier for every site based on their spend, save, PPM and OTD.
[b]Accolade [/b]: I was awarded a Spot award for my commendable performance in reducing the turn around time.
4. Inventory Analysis
[b]Brief Overview [/b]: A predictive model for inventory flow was made to increase the cash generation and reduce obsolescence.

5. Sales Inventory Operations & Planning Tool
