Special Purpose Leak Test of Valve seat area & Push rod gallery Leak Testing Machine for Swaraj Engines Ltd. [b]Project description [/b]: The purpose of this machine is to check the component for leakage using a differential pressure sensor. This DP sensor has a very high resolution of 1pascal and thus can sense very minute leakage in the component. Thus accurate measurement of leak is possible. The leak test operation from charge phase to detect phase is controlled by air leak tester. The tester is integrated with the machine to perform automatic leak test operation. It consists of machine assembly, Fixture assembly, Tank assembly, Loading conveyor, Unloading conveyor & Rejection conveyor. [b]Part of work [/b]: My part of work is concept developing, designing, and assembling all the components using SOLIDWORKS software, creating the perfect assembly as per requirements and extracting parts to detail the part drawings for manufacturing purpose using AutoCAD software. Prepare the Bill of Materials required for producing the finished parts using ERP software. 3. Special Purpose 2 stations Valve Seat and Guide Pressing Machine for TATA Motors Ltd. [b]Project description [/b]: The machine is designed to press valve seat and guide for cylinder head. The component is loaded on the fixture. The pressing tools are used to locate and hold the valve guides and valve seats. The pressing tools are precisely guided and pressing is done using heavy duty hydraulic cylinders. The pressing sequence is fully automatic with PLC based logic systems. It consists of Machine assembly, Loading conveyer, and Unloading conveyer. [b]Part of work [/b]: My part of work is to detail the parts for manufacturing of each and every assembly which was done at the concept development stage using AutoCAD and SOLIDWORKS software. Prepare the Bill of Materials required for producing the finished parts using ERP software. [b]EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION [/b]: - Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and Management from VTU, Belgaum with 66.8% of marks in year 2010. - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Department of Technical Education Board, Bangalore with 58.64% in year 2006. - SSLC from Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board, Bangalore with 63.04%.
