Business Groups , Legal, RCU etc. o Maintain MIS of the cases and present detailed, accurate & timely MIS for further follow up . o Immediately comply with all the orders passed in all Consumer cases where Execution Petition has been filed through concerned Business Group. o Dealing with Police Escalation as a bank representative and giving replies of police notice u/s 91 of the Cr.PC., notice of 160 Cr.PC. and complaints made to police by customers against Bank. Coordinate with the police officers in the investigation of an F.I.R lodged against the Bank by the Crime Branch of Delhi Police. - Previously associated with ICICI BANK LTD through its subsidiary I Process Services India Pvt Ltd as Group Leader from February 2008 to April 2010. Receive all the legal notices , Court Notices , Summons on behalf of Bank and forward it to the concerned business group . I was handling Against cases ie. Business Groups, Legal, RCU and filing of for cases, reply of Police Notices , Legal Notices etc. - Engaged with Kumar & Co , New Delhi as an Associate from August 2005 to January 2008. Primarily I got acquaintance with the proceedings of lower and high Court and drafting of various legal petitions.
