       Development of publication on thematic areas
       [b]Impact studies and evaluations of SMILE initiatives for eg [/b]: facilitating SROI  
       To establish linkages with global discourse on development issues.
       Advocacy and lobbying.
       To design and implement the feedback platform to capture the efforts and results of each programme under various verticals.
Desired profile of the candidate
       Thematic knowledge on education, health, livelihood and women empowerment
       Excellent documentation ,writing skills and presentation skills
       At least Masters with 3-5 years of experience, Preferably from research background
