Working as Stores & Excise Warehouse Asst. Looking after the entire  Receipt –Issue, Dispatches made to Domestic & Export, with  fulfilling the Excise & Customs obligation and reporting to the Asst  Manager.

- Excise Responsibilities
1 Well known about procedure of export documentation (ARE1, Custom Inv,  Custom Packing List, Excise Invoice, Container Examination Report C-1  Certificate.).
2 Claiming appropriate Cenvat Credit on Cenvat Invoices &  maintaining Input Cenvat Credit Register & Capital Goods Cenvat  Credit Register. 
3 Preparation of Daily Dispatch Document (Excise Invoice & Delivery Challan).
4 Maintaining Personal Ledger Account (PLA).
5 Filling of TR6 Challan (GAR-7).
6 Submission of Annexure 19 / (POE) Proof of Export (ARE1, Airway Bill,  Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading etc) within a statutory time limit period.
7 Familiarized with EOU procedure CT-3 Certificate, ARE 3 A &  PROCUREMENT Certificates from Excise Superintendent and maintaining up  to date record. 
8 Daily updating of Daily Stock Account (RG-1 Register or DSA).
9 Submission of Monthly/Quarterly Returns just like RT-12 to Concern  Range Office in their Software System. (ER.1 & ER.2, ER-4, ER-5,  ER-6, ER-7) 
10 Maintains separate DTA record for DTA Unit. 
11 Obtaining Permission for Export under UT1 & Bond (Letter of  Undertaking & Bond) maintaining Bond register & & UT-1  Register. 
12 Handling Sales Register and Debtors Ledger, Reconciliation of Party  Account and recovery of outstanding payment from the party
13 Coordinate with Planning & Marketing while making dispatch. 
14 Facing periodically EA-2000 Excise Audit & ISO Audit.
15 Arrangement of vehicle for local dispatch. 
16 Maintaing proper accountability of finished goods.
