- I have worked as a lab technician in Surya Diagnostic Pathology shahgang Agra u.p. from 25th April 2004 to 28th Nov. 2004.
- I have worked as a lab technician in Ganesh Hospital (An ISO Hospital) Gzb U.P. from 1st Dec. 2004 to 15th Sep 2005.
- I have worked as a Store Encharge in Final Diagnostic Pvt. ltd. (An  ISO & NABL lab) Noida U.P. at since 16th Sep. 2005 to30 july2009.
- Now I am working as a Purchases Executive in Metro polis Health cares  Ltd. (An ISO & NABL lab) Noida U.P.at since 1st Aug.2009 to till  date.

[B]WORK PROFILE AS A PURCHASE OFFICER [/B]:-
- Make the Registered supplier list on quotations, quality & service bases.
- Make the Monthly Indent on consumptions bases, & approved this by Authorized person. 
- After approve the finalized indent Make Purchase Order on items &  Vander wise & same approve this by authorized person 
- After approve the Purchase orders issue to SUPPLIER with delivery terms 
- Received the materials with bill & PO. & check out with long  expiry, good quality, completed quantity, & with comfortable  temperature.
- After received the items storage this required conditions as like in cold room or room temp.
- Make the GRN (enter the materials in store Software) 
- Issued the items (physicals & by store software) on the requirement of the department.
- Make the purchase details (bill & GRN wise) & attached the PO. 
- After finalized the bills by authorized parson transfer this in account.
- Check the inventory, short exp. Kits, & make monthly closing stock on last two days of every month. 
- & MAKE THE STORE MIS REPORT 
- Maintain the stocks & precautions of the materials

- Successfully completed Windows Based Application 
- (Windows98,XP – Office, Excel,MS-world, Power Point, Tally )
