- Prepare Material Requisition and take approval by Project manager/Construction manager
- Request to Purchase Department to follow up LPO after approval
- Received the Materials from the Supplier & our Head Office as per LPO/FPO with Checking of Quality and Quantity.
- Prepare Daily Incoming Good List and Circulate to All Related Concern
- Set up new Warehouse and Assign Location for as per Item Category and Volume, Establish Racks and Bins for Easy Tractability of Items and Maintain the Same
- Storage of Materials in Appropriate Physical Locations in Accordance with Pre-specified use of Facilities and Equipments
- Prepare Store Receipt Voucher (SRV) & Store Issue Voucher (SIV)
- Co-ordinate with Site Management & Head Office Management
- Liaison with Transportation for Selection of Right Kind of Transport Service for Import /Export of Materials
