Working as an Project-Engineer on behalf of Icomm Tele Ltd for BSNL Phase-II in Uttarakhand region.. Basically we are establishing a network to provide an Broad Band internet connectivity zone for National Highways, Villages, Urban as well as rural areas etc. Till date I have completed 74 Wimax BTSs with AT
RESPONSIBILITIES
We are using WIMAX 802.16e technology BTSs from Aviat Pvt. Ltd.
 
- Providing total RF surveys of Wimax BTS’s with reports to planning team.
- Installation and commissioning of BTS.
- Back haul connectivity with BSNL network using Dark-fiber, E-1, STM1 and FE connectivity with ZTE, NSN OCLANs and UTSTARCOM RPRs.
- Field level Optimization for WIMAX BTS, Tilting of sectors, height variation, adjusting tx power, Blue Zone, White zone.
- DT of Wimax zones.
- Conducting Physical AT, Coverage AT with BSNL persons.
- O&M of Wimax BTS’s and CPEs.
- Coordinating with BSNL officers, Aviat expert team, RAD converter team and vendors for establishing network. 
PAST EXPERIENCE

Worked as an RF Engineer on the project of Wireless Internet Service for TATA Communications Ltd.(VSNL) from JULY 2009 to Sep 2010.
[b]Scope Of Work [/b]:- Worked as Engineer-Projects on ISP domain for TATA Communication Ltd. at Dehradun location. Worked on latest RF technologies for providing last mile wireless Internet service to clients i.e Point to Point (Radwin, Point RED), Multi Channel Multi Point Distribution System (MMDS-Aperto) and WIMAX 802.16d(Telsima). We were supporting TATA Communication ltd(VSNL) for total feasibility survey, BTS and CPE installation, commissioning and O&M.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- I&C, AT and O&M of VSNL WiMAX BTS &CPE, MMDS BTS & CPE as well as Point To Point links.
- Field level Optimization for WIMAX BTS, Tilting of sectors, height variation, adjusting tx power, Blue Zone, White zone. 
- LOS & NLOS Survey L1 and L2 level + Site survey and frequency planning for WIMAX(TELSIMA), MMDS(APERTO) and Point to Point(Radwin), for TATA Communication Ltd.(VSNL).
- AT schedule co-ordination with TATA NOC for above activity.
- O&M of WIMAX BTS 6100,6400 i.e total field level troubleshooting and coordinating with TCL RF/DATA NOC GPS sync, IDU configuration, switch, ODU, Sector antenna. 
- I&C and O&M of WiMax Telsima BTS IDU 6100,6400 and StarMAX 2130, 2140 & 2150 CPE SS. 
- I&C and O&M of MMDS BTS 760 & 1000 BSU and PW130 & PW230 SU.
- I&C and O&M of PTP RADWIN lower BW 1000, and higher BW 2000. 
- Responsible for Installations, upgrades, support and operations & maintenance
- E1 punching-testing, hard loop-soft loop at BTS, configuring and installing E1 converter(MROTEK-Ricii, Pine) 
- Also worked on IWAN project of Ericsson (Bharti Airtel) for Point to Point and Installation of BTS and CPE of Point to Multipoint(Alverian).
