- Independent handling of a unit of 350 machines.
- Arranging internal pre-production meeting with line in charges, floor  in charge, finishing in charge and the production along with the QA  manager 
- Critically evaluating the size set, Pilot runs , T.O.P’s and then  displaying accordingly the relevant precautions on the production and  finishing floor. I had to co-ordinate with Merchandiser, Buyer QA, and  Pattern Master & Production Dept.
- Review the updates of manual and also work’s for implementation of changes in manual.
- Go through the line walk with line auditor to make production implementation of S.O.P systems
- Monitor the process performance & take appropriate action to achieve the planned result..
- Providing adequate solutions to quality problems.
- Dealing with technical problems arising from time to time.Designing  various formats as per requirement of quality related record keeping. 
- Responsible for gives all fabric quality approvals & solutions.
- Generates the team spirit, Motivation, education & Awareness among the production team.
